Poor 'Good' games. They aren't awesome enough to get into most people's 'Best' lists, nor crappy to the point of becoming recognizable from miles away for their stinky-ness.
Still, there are plenty of them which are cool, fun or even innovative enough to deserve some guilty love. In fact several of my favorite games are in the 7s range because they do SOME of what they intended to quite well--and those bits are exactly what I like in them.
